HOw do I register for the conference?
Register for the conference by visiting the Registration Package section or Shop on menu bar. There, you can select "All Access" our general admission or "VIP Bundle" which includes our She Leads private session with Tamara. Flawless accepts all major credit cards, except Discover, as well as *checks (*group purchase only.)
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
A limited number of tickets for the conference may be available at the registration desk, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on-site.
Do you have Group pricing?
Yes. You can register your church, women's ministry, or organization. We offer Group pricing for groups 10 or more. Group registration must be purchased together as a group. Are hotel accommodations included with my registration?
No. Each guest is responsible for booking the hotel accommodations of their choice.
Does Flawless have hotel rooms available for Conference attendees?
Yes. FWC2022 reserved blocks of rooms for attendees. You can learn more about how to reserve a room in the "what to expect section of the website. Because we reserve rooms in bulk, room rates are typically lower than any other hotel in the area.
Do I have to stay at the hotel Where the conference will be held?
No. Feel free to stay at the hotel of your choice. However, keep in mind that there are activities throughout the conference that you don't want to miss. So, if you choose to stay at another hotel when you arrive to the conference pack for the day.
When should I check in & out of hotel?
The fun starts Friday evening at 5pm, so we encourage you to check-in on or before Friday, July 29th. (Please refer to hotel for check-in times.)
Check-out: Saturday evening is the close of the conference. So, we suggest checking out Sunday morning.
Can I see the Conference Program Before I Arrive?
Yes. The program for the Annual Conference is posted online as soon as it is finalized.
Is there special attire during the conference?
Yes! See below.
- Friday Night: Wear ALL White for our Girls Night Mixer and opening night.
- Saturday Morning: Causal
- Saturday Night: Flawless Merch (Available on sale at conference.)
- Between Sessions: Pool attire (Swim wear), Spa attire (You can book spa treatments at resort), and comfortable clothing. ( it's gets pretty hot in Indian Wells)
Is food included with my registration?
No. However, you will have schedule breaks through the conference for lunch, coffee, and dinner. There are three restaurants inside the hotel and a coffee shop for your convenience. Also, there is a wide selection of food establishments minuets aways from the resort that accommodate all budgets and dietary needs. Yep, even vegan!
I won't be able to make it to the 2022 Flawless Conference. How can I RECEIVE a refund?
Under normal circumstances, our registration policy does not guarantee refunds. However, we recognize that the global pandemic is an unforeseen circumstance out of everyone's control.
We are waving our standard policy on refunds and will honor your request for refund due to COVID related circumstance only.
Should you choose to get a refund, you can call 1-747-245-LIVE to begin this process.
